Broadcastify/Radio Reference made it clear that they will not allow apps for the hearing impaired to connect to their audio feeds, even after I paid for their premium account.

Online payments are not configured yet. Ask a site administrator to add PayPal REST credentials under Project Manager → Donation payments. Recording cash or offline donations in the ledger is limited to site administrators.
