Twitter is just too greedy, they are charging for api usage. So we will not be feeding the greed machine. especially for something that is not worth paying for in the first place

Online payments are not configured yet. Ask a site administrator to add PayPal REST credentials under Project Manager → Donation payments. Recording cash or offline donations in the ledger is limited to site administrators.
